My right ear bud has stopped working and the lights don’t light up anymore

    I have recently had a similar issue with my freedoms. Right ear bud no longer works and hard reset did not accomplish anything. Left earbud will intermittently go silent also.

    Everyone is having these issues with all their models, buds die 1 at a time, or the whole set dies, like my X4’s have after less than a month. They’re good at copy/pasted response though.

    So I called customer service yeah my Bose head phones have a life time warranty on them. Mmmmmm wonder what brand I’m gonna by next. To offer me 35 percent off or what ever ur rep said is insulting. The first pair died jay bird replaced. Then their replacement pair died. Yeah never buying from you all ever again
