My right ear bud has stopped working and the lights don’t light up anymore
This is my 2nd pair of freedoms. Jay bird replaced the first set when they died. The right ear bud doesn’t have any sound coming out of it. Only the left the light doesn’t light up anymore. Besides buying another set what can I do. I’ve tried the reset but it’s a crap shoot because I don’t have any lights.

So I called customer service yeah my Bose head phones have a life time warranty on them. Mmmmmm wonder what brand I’m gonna by next. To offer me 35 percent off or what ever ur rep said is insulting. The first pair died jay bird replaced. Then their replacement pair died. Yeah never buying from you all ever again
