    Thank you for joining the community. I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X3 equalizer goes on an off.

     

    When you reset your buds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to repair your buds to your Bluetooth device.

     

    Some apps will have their own EQ settings and it is worth checking that these settings don't conflict with what you are trying to set up in Jaybird App. Get in touch with the music streaming app for details on how to access their EQ settings, most will be through the Menu option.

    Hi, I think,you didn't get my point.I don't know how to explain the scenario.Let me try. There is a sound quality problem after latest firmware update(or whatever it is).If i play the song,the sound quality is varying every 10 seconds.I checked the same song with other band headphones,it seems fine.I am using iPhone x and also apple watch.Both the device i having the same issue.It is very very annoying. I will use my own apple music to listen the song,So the problem is not in the music device. I tried with another spare jaybird earphone also. Same issue there.

    Thank you for the update.

     

    It seems this was caused by the IOS update as you initially described. Were you able to compare the sound quality using a device with a different OS like Android?

     

    You also mentioned that this was caused by an update to a higher IOS version. If you revert to IOS, can you check if this still happens?

    HI, I have changed my phone to IPhone XS max .It seems the problem is still there.The answer you are giving is unacceptable. There should not be any impact in jaybird product even though there is change in ios upadte. It is your product and it should be capable of overcome those issue.Please give a valid answer.

    Hi Team,

     

    I have bought a New jaybird tarah pro .I don't find any sound issues in the custom eq and it only coming for Jaybird X3 version.I have tested this with three different jaybird x3 earphone, all are having the same issue.

    Since i respect you brand,i have bought tarah pro.But related to this jaybird X3 issue,Your response is weird.
