Why doesn’t my Jaybird have both ear pieces working
Only 1 side of headphones work. I’ve tried the reset and still only 1 side. Any idea why this might be? I only use for driving and I tried it for music once. No stereo sound whatsoever

Here’s the receipt They are green in color My address is: 1400 W. Marlette st Spc 70 Ione, Ca 95640 209-781-6519 Serial # 1813SD303AM9 Headphones shut off all the time plus one side doesn’t work. For what these cost I expected much better. I’ve gone through all the reset stuff and whatever else I was asked to do. I’d like for you guys to replace these or refund the money.
