Hello Matty Stevz,
I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Run buds will not recharge. This is not the behavior or performance that we expect from our product.
Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. A pulsing green LED on each side means it is charging, solid green light when fully charged. It is recommended to use 5V/500mA-1A charger for 3 hours only.
It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed and the charger ports and prongs align accordingly and are free from debris. Kindly advise if this solution is helpful.

I am having the same issue. When I plug my case with the buds in to my computer, the middle light flashes green, but the bud lights flash red. I have tried to readjust them, there does not appear to be an issue with the fit or case closing. When I unplug them from the computer all three lights flash red. Then I open the case and close again all three lights flash green. They appear to charge except if they are plugged in. Thoughts?

Hello Louislepak6124,
Thank you for reporting the issue. Can you try my suggestion and connect the charging case to a different power source/charger?

Hi. I’m having the same issue. When first plug in its green in the middle and left and right flash red and green for maybe 5 seconds and then just red. i am trying a different chord / power source using my camera chord but still red which I assume means it’s not charging? 1 bud seems to get a small charge. It turns on but says low battery. The other one remains totally dead.
