Like a million other people posted here (like this one: https://support.jaybirdsport.com/s/question/0D55A00007OxZmTSAV/jaybird-x3-red-light-unable-to-turn-off etc) my Jaybird X3 does not turn off, the red light is stuck on, it won't connect to any device and cannot play music. It has been like this entire day!!!
I tried the advice provided in all the other support threads such as the "8 button process" and factory reset several times. Nothing worked! I also created a support ticket.
I bought these on Amazon less than 3 months ago after losing my previous pair! I am very disappointed by this massive fault and very annoyed that a very new set of earphones have contracted this issue! And to not provide some kind of a hard reset that turns off the earphones forcefully is just stupid! Every device, every laptop, phone I've ever owned provide a way to do a hard reset if the device is unresponsive! This is ridiculous that I cannot do that here!!!
I want this resolved soon! Right now these are some expensive earmuffs...
