The left and right lights of my charging case are blinking red all the time, and It seems that is no longer charging the earbuds. What should i do?

    Hello EJKoobs,

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Run LED blinks red all the time. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. A pulsing green LED on each side means it is charging, solid green light when fully charged. It is recommended to use 5V/500mA-1A charger for 3 hours only.

It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed and the charger ports and prongs align accordingly and are free from debris. Kindly advise if this solution is helpful.

I called and spoke to someone at customer service. She were very helpful in resolving the issue. She decided, with the approval of her supervisor, to just send me a new pair. We tried a hard reset multiple times and nothing seemed to work. The issue was not resolved and the left ear bud would not connect to my cell phone and would not play music, even though the right master eat bud was connected and working properly. Thank you for all your help. Working with your customer service team was easy and extremely helpful. I would recommend these headphones to anyone on their quality alone, but will most certainly make sure to mention how quick and attentive your customer service department is in resolve issues. Thank you guys again!! Eric Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

My run xt just started having this issue after only having them for less than a year. I tried everything mentioned above without success. I’m really frustrated at this point. I bought theses for the quality and have enjoyed using them for running.
