One of the pins in case moves when right bud is placed in resulting in no charge...I have to straighten pin and place bud again which takes several attempts. Faulty since purchased, 2 months ago. Can you assist with replacement, thank you. Robert

    Hi Team, I have the same issue. Maybe 6 weeks old, used maybe 8 times - don't go to the gym as much as planned :-) I'm in New Zealand, but do have family in the USA who I can ship to. It's the left ear bud slot and the right hand pin. Always floppy and really difficult to straighten. I'm worried it's going to break and I cannot charge again.

    Hi I have the same problem with my Jaybird Run XT charging case. The left pin on right bud lays flat when I insert the bud into the casing. It was purchased around ten months ago. Could you please help me out with a replacement? Best Regards Stian.
