Will there be a fix to stop the latency.

    Thank you for joining the community. Please provide more information so we can further assist you with your Jaybird Run.

     

    Please advise where you're experiencing the latency with, under what circumstances can this be encountered?

     

    I included the Factory Reset instructions below that can help with this kind of concern:

     

    1. Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.

    2. With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.

    3. Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.

    4. When you hard reset your earbuds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to forget Jaybird RUN in your phone's Bluetooth device list, repair your earbuds to your Bluetooth device, See How do I pair my Jaybird RUN earbuds? and reselect your favorite preset from the Jaybird app.

     

    You can also check the Firmware update for Jaybird Run as an added solution. You can find the Firmware Update Assistant here:

    the latency starts to occur when i'm watching videos on youtube and instagram. In most cases the music will also start to have some latency. For example, when i'm listening to music and try to switch there is a delay and also when closing the app.

    Please note that we allow for a small amount of latency when watching video using Jaybird RUN. To ensure a premium music and sound experience and to guarantee the left and right earbud are always in sync, we introduce a small latency. The amount of latency can differ based on your operating system and video streaming app.
