    Thank you for joining the community. We are sorry to hear about your Jaybird Run's left earbud's charging problem.

     

    Let me help you by providing more information about the said problem as well as understanding the behavior of the buds.

     

    The right earbud is expected to lose battery faster than the left as the right controls the connection to the Bluetooth audio device as well as the left earbud. A full charge will still give you 4 hours of playtime. So, we have to take note of the battery levels of each bud before putting them to charge. Naturally, the right bud needs to be left to charge for a longer duration.

     

    A full charge cycle for the buds is 2.5 hours and should provide us around 4 hours of playing time.

    same problem as OP.

     

    Left bud only charging to 80%, right bud to 100%. app and voice prompt on startup showing this. wasn't the case when first started using, both were charging to 100%.

     

    app and firmware all up to date. product only 4 months old. please help!

    Hello Bruce,

     

    I have the same problem with my Jaybird Runs. The left bud only charges up to 80% while the right charges up to 100%.

     

    App and firmware are also up to date. Thanks for your help in resolving this.

    Hi,

    Did these queries ever get resolved as I have the same issue with my Jaybird Run. I dont know whether its reporting the battery level incorrectly or if its the left ear bud battery thats having the issue.
