    Hi VeeDom,

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to tell you but we do not have this feature for Jaybird Run. Indeed, we can forward to the next song by double tapping the Right Multi-function button, we don't have a way to skip to previous track or restart the current song.

Hey Jaybird_Bruce (and other Customer Experience members),

    ?

I am hoping you can reopen this and look into implementing such a function. I use my Jaybird Run (android user) to listen to audiobooks, and being able to skip backwards is extremely useful. I have a bluetooth device in my car which has both a back and forward function (i never use the forward function for books) and using Jaybird Run in comparison is simply a little frustrating. If I miss a sentence, then I have to pull out my phone and from there tell it to go back instead of just using a double press.

    ?

Because I also sometimes listen to music, I know that the default signal that a bluetooth device sends to tell the phone to skip backwards a song in spotify (and all music apps I have used) is the same as the one in Audible to skip back 30 seconds. In fact, i am fairly certain it is a universal signal, which means it wouldn't be hard to send.

    ?

I find it hard to believe that this would be a difficult thing to be implemented in a software update, allowing us to switch the "skip forward double press" to a "skip backwards double press". That doesn't solve everyone's problem, since some would want both being able to skip forward and backwards in the same session. However, it seems you have the left earbuds double press simply command the right earbud to send the signal to the phone, rather than having each earbud being able to send independent signals. As such, I see why that might not be able to be fixed with a simple software update.

    ?

Audible in particular is great because the app itself allows you to change what that default signal does within the app itself. So you can change it from 30 seconds to 10, no switch it to move chapters instead of going back a few seconds. The same signal can produce whatever result you decide.

    ?

I feel allowing us to choose which signal gets sent from a double press should be a rather basic update. I am not asking for fancy, fully customized button remapping, but merely allowing us to use the double press for some other universal functions, the big one being allowing us to skip backwards, but I am certain there are a few others that would be useful too.

    ?

    Respectfully, AussieGecko?

    Hey there!

I really hope you're going to implement this option soon. My main use for the Jaybird Runs is at the gym and for me, going back on a track is an absolute must. I'm really quite....surprised to find this feature lacking otherwise amazing earbuds. All it would take is for the left earbud to track back on a double tap.

Please make this happen -> for the money I paid for these buds I'd really expect this to work.

    Thank you!
