    I am sorry to know that your Jaybird Run is experiencing an audio lag. While updating the firmware is indeed helpful, please note that we allow for a small amount of latency when watching video using Jaybird RUN. To ensure a premium music and sound experience and to guarantee the left and right earbud are always in sync, we introduce a small latency. The amount of latency can differ based on your operating system and video streaming app.
