Got my JayBird Run headphones 2 weeks ago and the left side doesn't even charge

    Hello Jhoeps831,

     

    I am sorry to know that your Jaybird Run does not charge. Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. Please let me know what the color of the LED is.

     

    It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed. Kindly advise if this solution is helpful.

    It acts as if the left headphone is not in the case. The right side still charges and the green light turns on. Got the left side, the light doesn’t even turn on.

    I also have a similar issue. Case closes correctly. The right one charges and light comes on, but the left headphone light only comes on sporiadically. Then when both lights suggest both headphones are charging and I go to turn on, the right headphone is fully charged and the left is sitting at > 40%. Note - I am on my second pair of jaybird runs due to the previous pair case not closing.
