Why is my left Jaybird run not turning on

    We are glad to hear that you loved the Jaybird RUN and for being part of the community. I am sorry to hear that left earbud will not power ON. This is not the behavior nor performance we expect from our product.


    Try the following suggestions below that can help below that can help with eliminate the issue.


    • Check if the LED of the charging case will light up when the buds are placed. All 3 LEDs should light up when the case is closed.
    • Manually power ON the buds by pressing the multi-function button for 6 seconds. You should hear a voice prompt and the LED should flash green.
