Brand new run earbuds out of the box and don’t work

    Hi Matteden,


    We are glad to hear that you got a new set of Jaybird RUN and for being part of the community. I am sorry to hear that the right earbud will not power ON. This is not the behavior nor performance we expect from our product.


    Try the following suggestions below that can help below that can help with eliminate the issue.


    • Check if the LED of the charging case will light up when the buds are placed. All 3 LEDs should light up when the case is closed.
    • Manually power ON the buds by pressing the multi-function button for 6 seconds. You should hear a voice prompt and the LED should flash green.

    Thank you for your reply, Yes all 3 LED lights are on the cae when buds are placed in the case. I have tried pressing the multi function button for 6 seconds several times and nothing happens and no LED on the bud. Also when the buds are placed in the case and when I open the case only the left bud LED lights up for a couple of seconds and the right one does nothing.

    I have also follow the reset instruction but still nothing.


    ?After trying for several hours to get these to work I can only think the right bud is dead/faulty and I will be returning them to the retailer. Very surprised to have this with a brand new product.
