Are my jaybird run earbuds broken?

    I have similar problem trying to pair to Fitbit Iconic. Music only out of right ear. When try to use action button on left ear, says it connects then all music shuts off and I have to re-pair using the power off then 6 second push on right ear. but then when it comes back its only right ear. I can't even get the app to come out of "Scanning" which it's been doing for the last 10 minutes. Can't tell you how disappointing this all is. I will be on the phone to someone Monday morning you can bet your butt.
