    Hi aliciasewell,

I'm sorry to hear that your Jaybird RUN automatically powers ON/OFF. I do understand what you feel if this happens during your runs. Here are suggestions that can help eliminate and resolve the issue.

    Perform a Soft Reset:

    1. Place your right earbud into the charge case and close the lid.
    2. Open the charge case and remove your earbud.

    Perform a Hard Reset:

    1. Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.
    2. With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.
    3. Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.

Re-establish the connection of the left and right buds:

    1. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and forget Jaybird RUN from the list of paired devices.
    2. Take both buds out of the charge case and turn them off manually by pressing the multi-function button for 3 seconds. A red LED will confirm the buds turning off.
    3. Grab your right bud and press the multi-function button for 6 seconds until the green LED starts to blink.
    4. Double press the multi-function button. The bud will reset (orange LED) and turn off (red LED).
    5. Press the multi-function button for 6 seconds until the green LED starts to blink.
    6. Single press the multi-function button (within 10 seconds), the green LED will blink faster.
    7. Now grab your left bud and press the multi-function button for 6 seconds until the green LED blinks at the same speed as the right bud.
    8. Place both buds close together until the left LED turns off confirming that the left and right are connected.
    9. You can now pair Jaybird RUN to your device again.

    Hi Jaybird Support,

I have the same issue and am running Firmware v1.1.5. The turning off hasn't happened with my phone just my Apple Watch and usually when the right earbud gets to 80%. Nothing I have tried as in above or trying to update firmware has helped.

Any other ideas before I move on?

    Eric

Exactly the same thing here! Around 80%, and they randomly turn off. Hard reset etc, no change.

I have the exact same problem. Turns off at 80 percent all the time. Jaybird support replaced my original pair but the new one has the exact same problem.

I'm also having the same problem with mine, tried all the solutions above, and the problem persists.
And as far as I can see no one from the jaybird support is answering previous questions from customers.
Is it just better to buy other brand and don't expect anything else from jaybird? Thank you

I'm having the same issue. Very frustrating to have the earbud turned off by itself.
