I am having trouble pairing my RUN with the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and reset the buds. neither worked. the app just shows scanning until I logoff or close it out. is there anything else i can do

    Thank you for posting here in the community. I am sorry that your Jaybird RUN is not being recognized by the app. No worries, let me provide some troubleshooting steps on how to resolve this issue.

     

    Turn off and turn on Bluetooth again in the 'Control Center' (NOT in the 'Settings'). The Bluetooth button is the one at the top left of screen. You can get to the Control Center by swiping up from the bottom of the screen (swipe down from top right on iPhone).
