    Thank you for posting here in the community. I am sorry to hear that you're having connection issues with Jaybird RUN. I'll be glad to help you out with your concern.

     

    I have some recommendations on how to improve the connection.

     

    -Make sure that the firmware of your Jaybird RUN is updated

    -Please take time to read our Bluetooth FAQ on how to improve the Bluetooth connection. (https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-us/run-faq.html#connection)

    -After you've done the firmware update. Kindly perform a factory reset. Here's how

     

    To hard reset your right earbud:

    1. Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.
    2. With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.
    3. Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.

    Yeah I read the instruction manual and the fixes. I thought maybe with all the other people having this issue with your product you might have come up with something else.

    Also, was not trying to sound rude there and after reading my response it totally came off that way and I apologize. Won’t lie though I’d expect something that is priced this way to perform way better.

    Same here... bought my Jaybird Run in Hong Kong airport... Left Earbud keeps cutting out!!! Make me crazy! Tried on all my iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Pro, MacBook... all the same..😤 😤 😤

    I just bought these no more than 30 minutes ago and literally the same issue. These were touted as the best earbud for runners and I'm highly disappointed by the immediate issue they are having.?

    Same problem here. I bought the headset about three weeks ago and since then I've been continuosly experiencing the same issue. It's very annoying and frustrating specially after you pay $200 for such product!
