    Hi Dave0r,

Thank you for posting your concern here in the community. I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Jaybird RUN. This is not we expect from our premium product and I suggest that you must perform a factory reset which can help to revive your headset like it should.

    To hard reset your RUN

    1. Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.

    2. With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.

    3. Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.

Feel free to post back in the event that you need further assistance.

    Best Regards,

That's sorted the volume issue out, I'll let you know how the battery works out after my ride home.

    Thanks

I am still having trouble powering - The case currently does not show any light when plugged in, the lights turn on when I open it, but I don't get any indication of if it's charged/charging.

I've used a number of differnt cables including the official one, that have been plugged into the ports of a mac and one from a mains usb charger. Is my case dead?
