TL:DR new run buds are not working, no answer from support.

    Good luck. It has been taking a month to get a replacement, and I still have not received them. I did however receive a complimentary set of X3's. That was nice, and I am thankful. but I really would like to see what I paid for. I hope your situation gets resolved. You should call Jaybird.
