    Ok, so some guy named "Romil" has replied to me. In order for me to receive what I have paid for (RUNS), I must return the set of X3's that were sent to me. What? This is hard to understand. It has been over a MONTH now going back and forth. Because of JAYBIRD'S incompetence over the phone, I have been sent a second set of X3's (which I am still waiting for so that I can send them back). I don't even want X3's. I would like what I paid for...RUNS! My case number is < removed personal information >. What is going on here? I'm guessing Consumer Affairs or BBB will be the next step. What a disgrace at this point.

    Good morning. My case number is 06062041. I am still waiting. I was told that I would have the RUNS warranty replacement sent to me two days ago. The agent that helped me is named Romil. However, I still have not received the UPS confirmation/tracking. This has been going on for a month. Is there any word as to when this will finally be resolved? Thank you.

    Still waiting. Romil keeps telling me that I will receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours. However, I’ve been told this numerous times with no success. Might this be the lucky day?
