Wake up Jaybird! It can not continue like this...
I was looking for a good sound quality and comfort headphones for sport. My brother bought X3 almost a year ago, but didn't use them. I asked why and he told me that they constantly drop Bluetooth connection while listening outside. Took them and tried myself. I confirm, that Bluetooth connection was really weak and breaks all the time, making the worst experience of wireless audio. Tested with iPhones, Nexus and other devices just placed smartphone in jeans side pocket.
I decided, that it was only exact headphones fault, and ordered another pair a month ago. And guess what? They have the same issue. So, a whole year have passed and you didn't fix the problem. X3 are good inside, but just go outside and you will to crush them because it is a cracking, lagging and useless piece of shit. I was looking for a solution, like others thousands of people and found nothing. Useless.
Now, you bring us the RUN. New, high tech, promising device. Just got it today and tested.
I have only one question: ARE YOU JOKING?
* The same issues with Bluetooth connection.
* Audio lag in videos - forget about YouTube and movies.
* One ear phone calling.
* Problems with left earbud connection.
* Firmware upgrade do not help.

Whole forum is full of complaints.
Did you test the product you are selling?
It's not a 20$ toy. 180$ for a crap that is not usable?
And what a wonderful audio lag explanation:
"Audio lag is common when watching video via a 3rd party app like YouTube or Facebook for any Bluetooth earbud."
Really? Say it to Apple with their EarPods.
"It is a limitation of the device and the technology."
If it is a limitation of the device - do not produce it.
Improve the technology and fix the problem first. Motivate the engineers and make development.
Do not lie to us! Do not sell shit!
