Why does my Jaybird Run buds drop off in connectivity so often?

    I would suggest you to perform a firmware update that can help to improve the connection between the music device and the Jaybird RUN.

    Same here... bought my Jaybird Run in Hong Kong airport... Left Earbud keeps cutting out!!! Make me crazy! Tried on all my iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Pro, MacBook... all the same..😤 😤 😤
