    Bail bail bail......their first thought is to push you back on Amazon. Read through these post and you will see the endless issues with these products and worse no support. Amazon offers many better options. You can get the same quality for about 1/3 of the cost. They failed to ship all the items I ordered so they told me to go to UPS. The package was 100% intact and I explained that 8 times to them. It was not a UPS claim it was they messed up the order. This company will do anything to just make you go away. They are getting crushed with customer complaints to the point their chat (which is their only communication) is off line almost 100% of the time.
