I am sorry to hear that the left side of your Jaybird RUN stopped working. Since you've already done all of the troubleshooting steps and the issue still persist.

    I never was able to get the left earbud working. Jaybird is processing a replacement for me. Original units going back to Jaybird today and a replacement pair will then be sent out to me.

     

    I've been using the right earbud. I have had some audio drops that people have complained about but its not enough to bother me. I just want TWO working earbuds.

     

    The fit of the earbuds is pretty good. I wanted the Apple airbuds but they wouldn't stay in my ear if I simply turned or tilted my head. I tool a spill on my dirt bike the other day and landed on my side and the right Jaybird I had in in my ear stayed in place. In playing with the different sizes of wings and inserts, I think I will have a pretty solid fit with them.

    I received my replacement set today and both earbuds worked right out of the box. I'm excited to start using them. They sound great. Hope I don't have the audio drop out problems others have had.

    I've more or less the same problem. Tried all, from FW update to factory reset and so on. Left bud will not power on, although I can update the FW and charge it. Any idea what else I could do to bring them up and running? Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

    Im having the exact same problem as @WernerW i can only update or charge but it wont power on at all. Has someone found a solution for this?

    Same disastrous right and left (un)connection for me. Sadly no reaction or solution from Jaybird. Warning for Run.
