Only the left earbud will charge in the case

    Thank you for posting here in support community. I am sorry to hear that the right earbud of your Jaybird RUN is not charging. I can assure that this is not the behavior and performance expected from our product.


    Here are some tips that may help you our with your concern.


    • Please make sure that the charging prongs are clean for any debris .
    • When attaching the Jaybird Run to the case. Make sure that the red led light will show before closing the charging case.
