    We're confident our Jaybird supporters will have a great experience with RUN based on extensive athlete and user testing - indoors and out. You should definitely be excited about RUN, because it's an amazing headphone.     Thank you for the canned reply that you seem to use in response to any question about connectivity issues that seem fairly common across all Jaybird Run users.

     

    I take it as a 'No' in reply to my specific question about an upcoming firmware update addressing those issues. I assume this means the issue is due to weak hardware.

    @Romil Español What an infuriating answer. You may as well have either not answered or given us the middle finger. I came here looking for help because I’m having the same issue as TONS of other people. They’re completely unusable in most situations people would want to use them. So based on your answer we can only assume your company isn’t willing to acknowledge this glaring issue and will just bury it and take people’s money. Lucky for consumers, The Verge exposes the Jaybird Run for what it is: plagued with connection issues. I have two weeks to return these and since you won’t even acknowledge the problem I’m definitely returning them and have no reason to ever try your products again. I hope @Guillaume Ratel  does the same.

    Traded my Jaybird run headphones for the Apple airpods.. so far they are 10x better. Definitely a lot that Jaybird needs to fix with their product before I would consider buying again
