    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Freedom 2's mic is not working. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Can you check if your Jaybird Freedom 2 is selected as default for call audio?

    Yes. Jaybird Freedom is the default for call audio. I can hear the call in the earbuds but the other side can't hear me.

    Hi lapaglia, I am just curious, did you ever get your audio back? The same thing happened to me on two sets of Freedom 2's (one brand new replacement set) ?after the PI update on my Galaxy S9. I never did get it back!

     

    I am using my stock set of buds while I gather my thoughts and probably splurge on the Tarah Pro's as I tried the new Samsung wireless buds & detested them, but at least the audio worked so I know it is not my phone!

    Hi foru2c, the problem was with my microphone and they couldn't solve it. I'm waiting for replacement set. Will update if mic will work with the new set. ?
