    I am sorry to hear that you are having functionality issues with your Freedom 2. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    I can definitely help you out. Please provide a more detailed description of the issue. Are the Freedom 2's not turning on or not producing sound?

    Hi Bruce Thanks for your reply, the earphones are not turning on, I connect them to Ac and the charger shows the red light, however the ep are not functioning
