    If you’re getting complaints from the party on the other side of a call with your Jaybird headphones, try the following suggestions:

     

    -Use the included shirt clip to keep the mic or inline remote from swaying or rubbing on your clothing

    -If you’re doing something active and receive a call, try taking a break and be stationary

    -Move away from large crowds or busy areas

    -Try to get out of windy areas

    Hi Jaybird_Bruce,

     

    If you look at my question again you might notice that I didn't ask you about tutorial or manual how to use wireless headphones (in this case Jaybird Freedom 2).

     

    The question is pretty straightforward - How to open a warranty claim?

     

    I asked that question because the microphone is not working and it has nothing to do with weather conditions, large crowds or busy areas, swaying or rubbing on clothing. 

     

    It's not working in a static position.

     

    Also, I can see/hear the difference between working and non-working state. Cause I was able to use the headphones for making and receiving phone calls.

     

    Please answer my question?

     

    If you are not able to do that, please advice the person (phone number, email), who can give me some answers.
