I opened my product just less than a week ago, but I noticed that it had an incredibly low battery life, and the battery would drain even without me turning it on. Now, it does not work at all without the battery clip, and this was despite me following the tips highlighted on other threads concerning the battery life of the product. (e.g. not overcharging, charging with a computer, etc.)
I was quite disappointed with how quickly my earphones became spoilt, as I believe that this is not the normal behaviour of a new Jaybird product. Is there any way I can get a refund or exchange with a functional piece? Thank you!
