I have lost the charging adaptor for my x3 headphones and now I'm getting an error saying that shipping is restricted for Australia when trying to order online. Are you able to help?

    You’ll need to attempt the entire purchase process in order to replicate. You’re address should be an Australian address and you’ll see when payment is attempted the error occurs. I have attempted multiple times.


    Additionally there are similar posts here where people have been sent an email with options on obtaining the charger since it’s not available to ship to australia via the online purchase process.
