I tried to turn it on this morning and they now won't connect to my device. I keep getting the message "Connection Unsuccessful - make sure Jaybird Freedom is turned on & in range"...which it is! The LED on the panel keeps flashing red/green as well. I have done a firmware update which has not resolved the issues at all! I'm going on an extended overseas trip in 4 days and was counting on my earbuds...Please help ASAP! I paid $250 for these so would not expect them to break so soon...very disappointed!
