I need a new reign pod but the guy I spoke with said that if I send in my receipt of purchase I would get a refund of $149 or I could get the x2 headphones because the reign is no longer being made. I already have the headphones so I requested the refund. I sent my receipt in and that I would like a refund instead of headphones. Is there anyway to get this resolved?
