I've just received a new pair of X4s and have been trying to connect them to my phone a Sony Xperia XZ premium. I've been trying for an hour or so now but they just wont connect. I've tried and managed to connect them to my laptop and have also connect a pair of Freedoms to my phone. The X4s just wont show up.
I've tried resetting the headphones, turning the bluetooth on and off, I've restarted my phone and followed the set up instructions from the Jaybird App. But still nothing.
