App, no serial # ?

    Please advise what Jaybird model is in concern. You should show the Device Serial Number once connected via bluetooth/Jaybird App and going to the Menu then Support.

    The buds are X3 s...

    If serial matters - the band says 1725GOGO7DW8 ?G0G0? - generational?

    I'm trying to confirm S# while in return window JIC to head off potential problems, the box had a different 'SN'.

    Current app, 7.1.1, etc... all normal here except seeing S#

    How could repeating data I gave you possibly resolve a problem??

    TO BE CLEAR - the serial number does not show in app, all is current?.

    I would think answers would be such:

    We don't do English, what is your question??

    We cannot make everything work in app, maybe someday we'll update it.

    Even though current, X3 FW doesn't send serial number, we just pretend it does.

    ?
