Ok I will try this again- ok I have a IPhone 7 and it is new. I had a I phone 6S and I had the app installed on that phone. With my new phone I downloaded the app and connected my earbud run to the sound app on the I phone 7 it said could not recognize the earbuds. They were connected to the device via Bluetooth. With this I then read some soluation online and tired multiple things. What I have done is I have reinstalled app, I made sure there was firmware that was updated, I shut off the Bluetooth with the slide motion. I hard reset the phone, and still nothing and it is also doing the same on my IPad. I really was impressed with the headphones when it was connected to the app but without the app they sound worse that a 5 dollar pair of earbuds on amazon. I have even recommended these earbuds to multiple people but if this issue is not fix, I will suggest to get the Bose which I almost had done myself and without the app I am almost regretting that purchase, also I have only had the set since May. Will you please help me because I waisted so much time trying to get it to connect and it shouldn’t be such an issue at all it should be something that works for everyone..
