    Thank you for posting here in support community. I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird App is not working properly. I can assure that this is not the behavior and performance expected from our product.

     

    Try these steps below-

     

    1. Uninstall the Jaybird app

    2. Turn Bluetooth off (for 10 seconds)

    3. Reinstall Jaybird app

    4. Turn Bluetooth back on

    5. Try connecting to Jaybird App

     

    With regards to your second question, It is a graphic equalizer that once you pressed the preview button. It will automatically show in the upper right corner.
