    Hi bkavanaugh,

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X3 is unresponsive. This is not the behavior and performance expected from the product.

    Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:

    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

    It has only ever been charged by computer.  The charging port/cradle is clear of debris.  None of your suggestions are applicable to this situation.  When it is placed in the charging port/cradle, a steady green light appears.  It does not flash.  It doesn't not turn orange, which would otherwise be indicative of charging.  It is a steady, solid green from the moment it is connected to the computer.  None of the buttons on the headset have any effect.  This is true, even if they are attempted while the headset is connected to the computer.  The headset is completely unresponsive.  Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

    Hi, I have the same problem.  My X3 worked last week, but all of a sudden starting this past Sunday, when I placed it in the charging port, a steady green light appeared.  I always charged it using the computer USB.  What should I do next?

    The same problem with mine. I have them for a bit less than a year. I charged them fully, went for a run yesterday, and they died after 30 min. Non-responsive since then, and when on charger the steady green light appears.  How to fix it??

    Same for me, unresponsive after having a 60-80% charge from previous use.  Would not turn on the next time trying to use, after plugging into charger showed green light.  They are completely unresponsive.  This seems to be an issue that Jaybird is now aware of, will the company do anything to resolve?

    This request for help has been posted for two weeks now and the company has followed in the footsteps of the Jaybird X3 Headset - totally unresponsive.  As a previous person noted, this seems to be an issued that the Jaybird company is aware of; however, they have chosen to turn their back to.
