    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Freedom's left bud stopped working. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

    Please check if your buds are clean and free of debris. You can unpair/re-pair your device by deleting the Bluetooth profile prior to pairing.

    You can further isolate the issue by testing with a different device or a device with a different OS.
