    Hello Eden Fish,

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Tarah Pro controller is peeling off. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

The easiest way to contact us from here on will be to call us on 866.244.3399.

    Cheers Bruce.

Is there a UK based number I can call? Is it possible to get a concrete support email address of some kind as well?

    Hi Bruce,

Thanks for that. Is that number not the one for Logitech's main support? Will they be able to help me with this issue?

I am having the same issue.  Replaced the first pair through Best Buy, but now my second pair is doing the same exact thing - rubber coming off the switch.

I have had the same issue and took the same course of action as Smoty! I replaced through best buy thinking it'd be a one time issue and the manufacturer replacement would be unpleasant (didn't want to go without headphones for any length of time) but even with a protection plan it's like 40$ to renew coverage on the replacement pair at best-buy. I received my first pair of Tarah pro headphones as a birthday gift this February, there's no reason I should be needing a third pair in less than a six months!

I have a pair of black Tarah Pros I bought at Best Buy about 4 months ago. After 3 weeks of having my mind blown with the quality of the sound, The rubber came off completely after being bubbled for 3 days, I didn't know as they were in use at work. Well 7 hours of pouring sweat they died, and never again took a charge. Had I known the rubber was off completely I wouldn't have used them, but I can't imagine Logitech would support them doing this after 3 weeks of use. I had the biggest headache getting in touch with Logitech to see what they thought I should do, as Best Buy simply said you should probably go through Logitech... well I bought another pair and have had no issues with this one, but I want my original pair to be replaced. I have always loved your guys' product and I would love to gift a pair to my dad. Please, can something be done for me?

Hey so I’m not a support person or anything but I called the number Bruce indicated above and was able to connect with a support rep very quickly who was incredibly helpful in replacing my headphones once I provided a photograph of the damage and assurance that I hadn’t otherwise voided the warranty. I would really recommend calling that number if you haven’t tried it yet. (I called on a Monday early afternoon and was talking to a person in <10 minutes which by support line standards was pretty great for me!)

I used Sugru to replace the rubber control pad.
