There's a red light LED light that won't turn off on my earphones and the battery drains at a much faster pace. Is there a fix to this issue or is this product defective?

    Hello @Craig Dougherty? and @Luiz Gimenez? ,

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X3's LED light won't turn off. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

Please try the X3's factory reset by following the steps below:

1.Make sure your buds are powered off.

2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.

3.Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.

You can also find these instructions here:

I've already tried it but nothing changed. The red led keeps on...

Same here. I've tried resetting my headphones 4 or 5 times and nothing works. Also, the app doesn't recognize the headphones despite being connected via Bluetooth. I have to open the app and then select "Connect buds" in order for them to sync with the app.

I've emailed the company and haven't received a response. Judging from other posts, it seems the customer service of this company is terrible.

I've just received an email informing the case's closing and a survey about the treatment of it. I'm very disappointed with Jaybird and Logitech. I spent money in something that not work properly.

I am experiencing this same issue. I purchased my earbuds a few weeks ago and now the red LED light is not turning off. I have tried the troubleshooting steps that "Jaybird_Bruce" provided above, but that does not work. Please assist.

    Thanks.
