    Hi ogre t raylot,

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Run XT's left bud is dropping out. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

You can re-establishing connection between the left and right earbud using the steps found on this link:

    https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-us/run-faq.html#leftbud

You can further isolate the issue by connecting to a different device or a device with a different OS.

Feel free to reach back to us by replying to this post or contacting our other support channels at https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-us/support.html

    Warm Regards,

    Jaybird_Bruce

Yep...link not working. Bought these last October and I should have taken them back. True wireless is not a thing yet...?

I have done this and still having the problem. I have noticed that when I tap on the left ear it reconnects the sound. Almost like there is a short or some type of battery saving feature that is kicking in. Like it's not sensing movement and shutting down. Get Outlook for Android

I used the link above, the buds were fine for half an hour, now the drop-out on the left bud has resumed to 80% rendering this product useless unless I want to listen in mono.

    ?

    Complete garbage.?

Sean Michael McGrath, I'm a customer like you, the Jaybird employee posted their standard reply (broken links and all) with no thought or care.

    ?

I don't want replacements, they are garbage.?

Sean Michael McGrath, an odd thing, I switched out the tips from the gels to a pair of comply buds , so far I have experienced fewer drop outs on the left side.

Not sure if you have any comply buds to try this out.?

I also got the same issue and there are so many posting similar issue. But seems like no more response from support or support is just giving a robot kind of response. Follow the steps to connect or pair the ear bud.
