One ear on a phone call...awful, one ear on video calls on a PC? Why would you do this? is there a fix or should I just return these?

    Hello @Dag,

This is for audio transparency. I believe this has been addressed on my previous reply but I appreciate your feedback.

@Merri, if you're still within return period (depending on the store where the buds were purchased from), you can return the buds for a different model or a full refund.

Please check out out other models that will cater to your situation. Note that this excludes Jaybird Run XT. For more information, you can go here:

    Hello GillStu,

Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query.

By default, you can accept and end phone calls using your right Jaybird RUN multifunction button.

To accept an incoming call, single press on your right earbud. The call audio is limited to the right earbud. When you accept a phone call, the left earbud will allow ambient sound in to assist with better hearing your own voice. This avoids the need to take the left earbud out during phone calls.

To end a call, single press on your right earbud. Audio transparency will automatically turn off and, if applicable, audio will resume.

I have this issue too. Why would you want phone audio in only one ear? I want it in both or at least give me the option to choose in the app. I don't see why you would need to take one earbud out for calls, do people actually do this?

Ok, I was wondering if it was just me. So here is my problem, i am completely deaf in my right ear so i can’t use this option. I’m actually really disappointed about this because what are the f ing odds. What can i do? Can i exchange these for another pair that have both sides that work for a call? I love your stuff but i am limited with my hearing and need it for calls. To be honest i wish i knew about this before i bought them.
