    Hi, I face the same issue. My left ear bud was not working. I tried to update firmware and update exited with error 2 and couldn't turn on / reset my ear buds. Any help is appreciated!!

    Same problem, only after two months usage as matter of fact this is the replacement product. Already contact the support ticketnumber 07448781. So this is common with X3. Looking forward for the solution

    Hi, I have recently come across the same issue and am having trouble contacting you via email or live chat. They won't charge at all through any portal and the LED light doesnt work either so im stuck as to what to do.

    I having the same problem. I just bought the X3 1 month ago. My X3 don't able to turn on even it is fully charged. This just happened from this afternoon.

    Same problem here. I got a replacement X3's in August for an already defected unit and the replacement just died. Will not charge nor respond to anything. Please help.

    Hi,

    I have the same issue. My Jaybirds were not charging (red light would turn on for 5-20 seconds then turn off when plugged in) and then I tried to update firmware which failed (Error 4.11) and now my headphones won't turn on or charge at all. Can I please get this same email?

    Hi, Please try the following: 1. Please left your device without charging until all the battery drained. 2. Then, charge it with your pc usb or any adapter that with 1.0A. I did succeeded to wake up my Jaybird, however the battery life was shorten. The battery will be drained even you not use it. I make a warranty claim to Logitech, they make full refund to me. Very important to all the Jaybird user, do not charging your Jaybird with power source over 1.0A. Good luck ??

    I having the same problem. This is the 3rd unit JayBird Malaysia send to mefor replacment...the previous to set have connection problem. The 3rd unit just use 2 month already don't able to turn on even it is fully charged.

    My jaybird X3 switches off itself after 40 minutes or so. This was after fully charging it. Everytime I have to connect to the charger to switch it on. I tried resetting, draining the battery etc but nothing works. I’m very disappointed with my first jaybirds

    I'm having the same issue. They were working perfectly fine up until yesterday. They only get about 2 hours of charging per use and I charge them through my laptop. While on charge the light flashes green but they won't come on at all. I've tried all the methods recommended and nothing's happening
