Help! I am unable to pair earbuds to my iPhone. I've followed instructions on Jaybird site and on app on iPhone. But when I power on the earbuds, hear instruction "Ready to pair " and follow steps on Jaybird app, I’m unable to pair.

    And ... in Settings on phone, I can’t connect via My Devices, Jaybird X4.

    I am having the exact same problem with my X4s, having followed all the instructions and trying to connect in settings. They were fine for a few weeks.

    In Bluetooth phone settings, I selected to forget my X4 and then reconnected. The X4 paired right away afterwards.
