Unable to detect Bluetooth connection on my Jaybird RUN XT

    Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query. I can definitely help you with this one.


    Please make sure that your Bluetooth is turned on. On the picture, it does not seem that Bluetooth is enabled.


    You can also follow these troubleshooting steps that can help resolve this issue: 


    -Turn off your phone's Bluetooth 

    -Forget any previously paired devices

    -Power cycle your phone


    and further isolate the issue by testing with a different device or a device with a different OS or uninstalling/re-installing the Jaybird App.
