I'm facing a serious problem on bluetooth pairing. I have checked and tried the feedback and advice from the site community but to no avail.
I have been connecting through an iPhone (and tried with another iPhone) but both were unable to detect the device nor there is any connection prompt where it used to automatically. Despite countless time I reset, on and off the device or phone there is still no Jaybird RUN in the Bluetooth list. This is really frustrating.
My Jaybird app was updated but even the app state that they could not connect to my buds.
I have been using the past few months perfectly and this is not what I am expecting from Jaybird, please assist and feel free to reach out. Thank you.
