My X3 suddenly won't connect to my Samsung Galaxy S9+. I have tried doing the factory reset but cannot get my X3 to pair with my phone. Please advice what to do next to get them to work?

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X3 won't connect to your phone. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Please try and isolate the issue by connecting to a different device or a device with a different OS.

    Dear Bruce,

     

    Thanks for the reply. I've tried to use different devices and even iPhone but still no connection.

     

    Another thing I noticed is that the voice in the X3 sounds slower and lower pitch than usual. Does that indicate anything of use to you?

     

    If I cannot fix the issue, can I bring it back to Jaybird dealer in Hong Kong to fix it or replace?
