why wont my jaybird freedom wireless earbuds connect to any of my devices

    I have same problem on my Freedom 2 and they Are NOT solve my problems for a month now. I am not able to use my headphones and I regret to not buying AirPods instead Jaybird :/ If you solve that problem please reach me at okankirat00@gmail.com

    Hi hyejinsyakult,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Freedom's won't connect to any of your devices. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Here is a list of steps for the Factory Reset that will help resolve the issue:

     

    1.Make sure your buds are powered off.

    2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.

    3.Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.

     

    You can further isolate the issue by testing using a different device or a device with a different OS and checking the voice prompts if it plays on both sides.

    I already tried that like hundreds times with more than 6 different devices but its still don't working and I can't have any technical support! @Bruce Jason Balaoro?
