My earbuds are not even two months old and suddenly they started turning off, even when fully charged, while I was listening to music. At first they remained on for about 30 seconds or so. Later they were on for not longer than 2 seconds. I tried troubleshooting as suggested in the FAQs but couldn't manage to keep them on long enough. After that, I tried charging them and now they won't even turn on, not even while connected to the charging cradle. I sent an email trying to reach jaybird support and have not gotten an answer. I sent a second email as this is not acceptable for a supposedly high quality product. How can I solve this? If it is no longer possible, how can I make my warranty enforceable from Mexico City?
