No tone when setting up personalised EQ

    Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query. I can definitely help you with this one.

     

    Please note that there is no "tone" when you saved your equalizer preset on the Jaybird App. 

     

    The preset should be saved on your buds. If there no changes after setting the equalizer, you can check your phone settings or resetting your buds and trying again.
