    Also, the volume limit of your buds depend on the app and device that you're using. Please note that in some phones/devices, there is a limit for the max volume you can listen to as a safety feature.

    I almost returned my $180 Jay bird headphones because of how low the volume was! I thought "no way headphones that cost this much should sound so low" but I found out that there is an app, which they should let you know about in the manual so people that don't know about it return their headphones. Now that I found out about the app and installed it, I love these headphones! By far the best headphones I ever bought, definitely worth the money! I suggest though that this company finds a better way of informing their customers about the app or there will be a lot of unhappy people like I was at first...
